Exchange / return
at lerora website, we want to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return policy. Please read the following carefully to understand how it works.
Exchanges:
we understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected or may not fit quite right. That’s why we offer free exchanges within 2 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
To process exchange for unexpected match, damaged or defective items, please provide:
an unboxing video showing the package being opened.
Clear images of the damaged or defective product.

with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will work with you to select a replacement product. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item to be sent back to you.
Returns and refunds policy
Return window: You can return or exchange unworn and undamaged products within 7 days of receiving them.
return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
proof for damaged/defective items: to process a refund or exchange for damaged or defective items, please provide:
an unboxing video showing the package being opened.
Clear images of the damaged or defective product.
these proofs help us verify the issue and expedite your refund or exchange.
refund processing: once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Exceptions:
custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note:
to be eligible for return, your products must be unused and has to be in the same condition as you received it, with the original lerora packaging, tags and bill.
Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

email us at support@lerora.in with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.
Then, your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 3-5 business days.
Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item to your account, or we can do an online refund via NEFT within 15 business days, depending on the option selected by you while placing the return request.
