At Lerora website, we want to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience when shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return policy. Please read the following carefully to understand how it works.

Exchanges:

We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected or may not fit quite right. That’s why we offer free exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Once we receive the product back, we will perform a quality check, and if it passes then we will replace the same product with a new one. In case the product goes out of stock we will refund the amount via Source account.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at

with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will work with you to select a replacement product. We will cover the shipping costs for the exchanged item to be sent back to you.

Returns:

If you decide that you would like to return your item for a refund, we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

1. If you wish to make a return you need to notify us within 3 days of receipt of order. Email us on support@lerora.in

2. You are required to mail us a photograph of the damaged/incorrect product. It is the discretion of our QC Team whether the product is approved for return.

3. Once the product is approved for return, we will arrange for a pick-up.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lerora.in with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions:

Custom-made and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

Please Note:

To be eligible for Return, your products must be unused and has to be in the same condition as you received it, with the original Lerora packaging, tags and bill.

  1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

  3. Email us at support@lerora.in with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Then, your package will be picked up by our courier partner within 3-5 business days.

Once the item is picked up, we will credit the amount of that item as LERORA PURCHASE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or we can do online refund to your source account within 15 business days, depending on the option selected by you while placing return request.
